Inspired Leadership: Going From First Class to World Class
How are
you doing and how do you know? Empowerment with fun accountability, ensuring
attitudes are in alignment and purposeful productivity are some strategies
World Class Leaders implement in order to rise above average, consistently.
These are key factors leaders will make time for, because it makes sense to
do so.
Implementing Leadership Excellence for Internal Auditors
When
you’re really leading, people follow willingly. Yet in the absence of
followership, many people hold onto policy, pull back or struggle with
enjoying the journey. We know trust is important but how do you create it?
Learn how to inspire commitment, create accountabilities with ease and lead
through conflict. Also, learn to over-come ‘polite professionalism’ with
win/win assertiveness.
Valerie
Cade Lee is human connect-ability! Her inspirational "down-to-earth"
sincerity which is both relevant and laced with humor, is her trademark. She
is CEO and co-owner of one of Canada's largest seminar and implementation
consulting companies, The Performance
Curve, and she is an international keynote presenter. Her
business and speaking experiences come first hand as having:
- Recently been given the CSP (Certified Speaking Professional)
Candidacy Designation. (Less than 300 worldwide) for speaking excellence
- Strategically turned around two "near bankruptcy" million dollar
companies to very profitable successes;
- Raised over 1 million dollars for Canada's second oldest sports club
in her role as Marketing Director;
- Consistently been awarded 'speaker of the year' from 2 international
training companies Valerie received the Top Candidate Award for Canadian
Basic Military Training (one of 7 women and 600 men); and
- She is an international speaker having spoken in 7 countries and 70
cities worldwide in the past 10 months, and has been featured on radio,
television and newspapers internationally.
The "old" motivational approach is not applicable for audiences that are
"in the know." Today's challenge is not necessarily acquiring more
information. Today's challenge is to be inspired to take action and use the
information. Valerie's unique combination of experience, humor and
enthusiasm is a winning formula for your personal and professional success.
