Speaker: Daniel J. Johnson – Kirkland, Russ,
Murphy & Tapp, P.A. (KRMT) Dan is a Shareholder in
KRMT’s audit practice. KRMT was formed in 1991 and
conducts about 70 benefit plan audits each year. In
addition to supervising benefit plan audits, Dan
audits both public and private companies and is
heavily involved in providing consulting services
related to the Sarbanes-Oxley Act. Also, Dan is the
Shareholder in-charge of KRMT’s on-campus and
experienced recruiting efforts.
